After a very frustrating experience taking my car into another local dealer for the same issue, not once but FOUR TIMES, the wonderful guys in service at Aurora Hyundai we’re able to diagnose and solve the problem, while taking the time to make me feel like a valued customer, despite the fact the location is always busy, especially during tire season. They even gave me a gift for the inconvenience and all the trouble, which was totally unexpected as just based on my service experience alone, I will only return to this location in the future! Thank you- you have restored my faith in the customer service element of Hyundai which I was so used to with my previous Hyundai!
